BEIRUT, LEBANON — Global University today announced the official launch of the Office of AI Transformation (OAIT), establishing Lebanon’s premier hub for applied artificial intelligence. The new center is designed to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world enterprise application, offering a comprehensive suite of services including the AI Academy (offering webinars, workshops, and the AI Diploma), corporate training, custom AI software development, AI-powered content creation, and strategic consulting for organizations across the Middle East.  

Operating from the Global University campus in Beirut, the OAIT aims to empower enterprise leaders, educational institutions, and professionals with measurable AI solutions. With tri-lingual delivery in English, Arabic, and French, the center is uniquely positioned to serve clients across Lebanon, the GCC, and globally through remote engagements.

• The AI Academy: Providing structured learning pathways and hands-on workshops, highlighted by the flagship AI Diploma. This multi-module credential covers machine learning fundamentals, prompt engineering, applied LLMs, AI ethics, and enterprise implementation strategy.  

• AI Software & Web App Development: Designing and deploying intelligent web applications that drive efficiency and automate complex workflows. The team has already initiated over 10 custom software projects, including the University Management System (UMS)—an AI-native platform designed to replace legacy ERPs for Middle-Eastern institutions.  

• AI Content Generation (Video & Graphic Design): Utilizing state-of-the-art generative AI tools to produce high-quality, scalable video production and graphic design assets for corporate and educational marketing.  

• AI-Powered Social Media Management & Advertising: Leveraging AI-driven analytics, automated scheduling, and targeted ad optimization to maximize digital presence and audience engagement across platforms.  

• AI Consultation Services: Offering expert strategic advisory to help businesses navigate AI adoption, manage risks, and optimize returns on investment.  

• Research & Development: Serving as a center of excellence for applied AI research, exploring emerging technologies to solve regional challenges.  

The OAIT has already demonstrated significant impact, partnering with over several corporate and institutional entities and delivering more than 25 AI workshops and seminars. To date, over 500 professionals and students have been trained through the center’s programs. Among its successful initiatives is Tamakkan, a career-guidance platform utilizing various types of assessments, which currently supports over hundreds of learners with a high confidence rating.
