Global University was established in 1992. It
comprises three faculties : Faculty of Health
Sciences, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and
Faculty of Literature and Humanities. In 1999, a
presidential decree was signed by both the Lebanese
President and the Prime Minister with backwards
recognition of all students enrolled since 1992.

University complies with all the Ministry of Higher
Education rules and regulations. This is why it is
university policy to only accept students who hold
an official Lebanese Baccalaureate or its equivalent
to Sophomore as well as those who have completed
American grade 12 and passed SAT I & SAT II to the
Freshman program.
