Mission

The ETAG aims at enhancing the quality movement by co-creating integral excellence thinking.

“Ken Wilber defines an integral approach as a “view from 50,000 feet”.  It takes a panoramic view of different modes of enquiry of the tools of knowledge acquisition that we use. It works on the premise that we can’t be 100% wrong and that when deciding on approaches, methodologies and so on are “correct”, the answer can only be “all of them”!..  So it respects that all practices or paradigms of enquiry have a role to play-in our case in deliberating on leadership and management issues”.
